Introduction

Latinh name: Pangasius hypopthalmus.

Pangasius is favored by many markets because of its white flesh color and more delicious fish meat than other catfish species.
In nutrition, it is known that fish is a precious food with a lot of protein, many important minerals and almost all vitamins, especially vitamins A and D in fish liver and some B vitamins.
